Can it get any better? Only if you threw Mitch Daniels and Paul Ryan in there too. With that threesome, all the intellectual heft America will need and we will want to see lined up for 2012 would be on display. Exciting!

Watching the Governor reminds me that the while Democrats bet they could expand government largesse to the middle class and get rewarded for it (with ObamaCare), Christie has effectively made the argument that the middle class has wised up and knows entitlements for the masses are a terrible idea. If Christie is right then the Democrats are going to be made to pay the price in California and elsewhere in this election, and the Republicans will hopefully (!) have the courage to follow through and eliminate these programs.

I'm voting for Whitman but Christie made her look a bit weak. Good for Christie, not so much for her.
