And here I thought we were going to respect our traditional allies

From a hope and change perspective, this shows great disrespect for our "traditional allies." Can you imagine the sanctimonious bleating from the press if George W. Bush had said such a thing? Where's the outrage?

Actually I'm surprised he didn't claim either Al Gore or any Muslim invented the automobile. New Hampshire produces more patents in a month than the Middle East [excluding Israel] has produced in centuries.

Well the malaproprism is definitely on par with anything Bush uttered. I too am surpised that the liberal press is not making a bigger deal of this. But some are reporting.

All I can say is what can you expect from the party that told you Al Gore invented the internet?

In the space of a month, the Won has given GWB a run for his malaprop money. Maybe someday some future SNL alumni can take that schtik to Broadway too.

Where's the outrage? It's on the front page of Yahoo! right now, in the little box where you can see videos.

Don't worry, corporations still own the media and you'll be okay.

TH, what do you think of the VDH posting at the Corner today? Not whether he's right in saying the obvious, about the redefinition of US policy towards Israel, but rather the comments about land withdrawal removing arab casus belli and also "leaving stability in it's wake" in Lebanon and the Palestinian territories?
