So, you coach Pakistan's national cricket team...

Suppose you coach Pakistan's national cricket team. Your name is Bob Woolmer. Your team loses to Ireland on St. Patrick's Day. Angry mobs of Pakistanis chant "death to Bob Woolmer" (which, when you think about it, should come as no surprise).

Then you die. The same fracking day.

Allah, He works in mysterious ways.

A sad story, but reading stuff in the article about the blood on his body and vomit on the wall, I wouldn't be surprised if the guy was poisoned. That wouldn't be such a strange way for Allah to work.

This story makes me recall that I was once told that the British partitioned their India colony into India and Pakistan so as to be able to have a chance in the cricket world cup. Certainly these results do little to disprove that hypothesis.

I never worry about the dangers in Muslim societies. I wear a pyramid-shaped pendant underneath my shirt. According to the inscription on the back of the pendant, I travel under the protective eyes of ancient Egyptian pharaohs. Any person who tries to harm me will go through the rest of his life with an abusive mummy on his trail.

"Mummy Dearest"

Scary stuff.

GreenTeaMan,

In hopes that you could rest easier and might miss this respose to a several days old thread I've moved it here in hopes it falls under your gaze and eases you mind.

You won't have to throw anyone's sorry ass in jail. As I stated I can't see getting prison time for any of that trash. Hyperbole, of course.

In any event one does not do those things. It was just hyperbole and loud mouth talk. It would certainly be wrong to do anything like that. They are entitled to have their protests. Those are the rights we fight for.
I was in the CIA for ten years so I know just how important preserving freedom is and how my government trained me to do so. And dandy training it was, Cold War style.
While I may disagree with Jane Fonda and Cindy Sheehan they have all the latitude they want in presenting their positions.

Our law enforcement people are very good at filling out the correct paperwork when the time comes.
So rest easy and just you don't give my ass another thought.

You do however need to refresh yourself on the founding documents of this country. Many people confuse today's penumbra of our individual rights with those the government has decided to grant us in today's world.
Also boning up on the Council of Foreign Relations and the Skull and Bones connection is very enlightening as to the direction the "Powers" want to take us.
Then go back and read "New Lies for Old" by Anatoly Golitsyn and start to connect the dots..the dots are very large..
Oh yes, and throw in a good reading of the Venona Papers, it'll help you get up to speed.
All the Best
Habu the Peaceful

New Lies for Old: An ex-KGB Officer Warns How Communist Deception Still Threatens the Survival of the West
The author, once a top KGB officer within the Soviet politburo on "disinformation" - the dissemination of false information through mainstream western media - wrote this book in 1984, one year before Mihail Gorbachev came to power. This riveting work is a terrifying account of how top Communist leaders long ago planned the current "opening" to the West, the "collapse" of Communism, the "new Democracy" and "restructuring" of the Soviet economy, the incorporation of Eastern Soviet bloc nations into the European Common Market and even the dismantling of the Berlin Wall. Accurately portrays, to the last detail, the historic events that reshaped the map of Europe.
